A luxurious limo ride, enjoying the panoramic views of the Saanich Peninsula, you’ll arrive at deVine Winery & Distillery, famous for iconic distilling and award-winning whiskey, vodka and gin. You’ll next visit the Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse where you’ll enjoy a gourmet lunch (and cider pairing) prepared by Executive Chef Shirley Lang. Snowdon House Gourmet & Gifts is where you’ll sample delectable and unusual fare, including cider-infused fruit and sparkling fir essence. Then, you’re off to YVR where you’ll climb aboard a private jet and fly to the Okanagan—globally celebrated for its breathtaking scenery and world-class wines. In Kelowna, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the lush valley while sipping samples at Quails' Gate Winery. Your extraordinary experience completes with an exquisite meal in the outdoor Terrace Restaurant at the renowned Mission Hill Winery. You’ll return to the Fairmont Empress in time to enjoy the chocolate on your pillow before smiling yourself to sleep.
